ABOUT THE PROJECT

A 2,500 square foot residence in the Maple Leaf Neighborhood of Seattle, for a family of 4. In this plan, nearly every program wish is granted, including vaulted ceilings, a sauna, two micro offices, flexible spaces, a surprise “sneak-kids-space” under the stairway, polished and heated concrete floors, ten foot tall first floor ceilings with floor to ceiling windows. This young family has been a dream to work with. One of the great joys of Julie’s work is to see dreams realized. The house is expected to be completed in the spring of 2027 and will be photographed soon after.
